Message	1. It disapates heat too quickly - thats bad in an exhaust because it slows down the velocity of the gasses 2. It's coefficient of expansion is way too high - in tubular form it cracks too easily. 3. Its harder to bend 4. If you make it thick enough so it does not crack - it weights a lot more than you expect. Thats just for starters.
